MONTHLY CREATIVE RETAINER
A prepaid creative services balance for recurring event marketing and promotional design through AXOLO Design.
The $600 monthly retainer provides a flexible balance that can be applied toward approved creative services throughout the month.
STANDARD EVENT SERVICES
• Full Event Marketing Rollout: $85/event
Includes primary event flyer, Instagram feed adaptation, Instagram Story graphics, event information formatting, and agreed promotional adaptations.
• Flyer-Only Service: $35/event
Includes the primary event flyer without the accompanying marketing rollout.
The applicable service level for each event will be confirmed in writing before production. Additional services outside the standard event scope may be deducted from the available balance at separately agreed rates.
RETAINER BALANCE
Your retainer functions as a prepaid creative services balance rather than a fixed number of event credits. Services are deducted from the available balance as work is approved and completed.
Any unused balance automatically carries forward into the following month while the retainer remains active.
If the available balance is depleted before the end of the month, the retainer must be reloaded before additional work can begin.
